We may process contact details, enquiry content, information needed for an assessment and technical security data. Sensitive data is requested only when relevant and with an appropriate legal basis.
File security
The public form does not collect passports or identity documents. Application documents are kept in a private vault for authorised staff. Identity, medical and financial files are encrypted before storage; access requires strong authentication and is logged.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to respond, advise, administer and support a placement, and meet legal duties. It is kept only as long as required for those purposes and applicable retention periods.
